Today's consumers, whose demands are increasingly high, are looking for quality, functionality, reliability and design in accessories. Diversification is a key lever that SBS has been pursuing for some time, remaining mindful that for a better customer experience, it is necessary to understand one's niche thoroughly and offer highly specialised products or services. Guided by this philosophy, in September 2022, SBS embarked on the acquisition of Puro, a Modena-based company founded in 2002, internationally renowned for its ability to intercept consumer needs with a particular focus on the Apple world. Over the past year, SBS has worked in synergy with Puro to outline a growth path aimed at gradually integrating the two realities, starting with the teams that, although they have retained their respective operational locations, have also activelycollaborated remotely. The different business areas were then strengthened with an expansion of the Modena team and the development of new products continued, further consolidating market positioning. The acquisition path that has been followed so far, is a reflection of SBS's strategy, aimed at greater diversification of the portfolio products and specialisation in market segments, through brands (like PURO) that, in their diversity, remain coherent and coordinated with the corporate image. In fact, SBS and PURO share a deep commitment to innovation in the furniture sector and together they have expanded their range of high-quality accessories and worked on new product lines, opening up new opportunities of great value for their corporate partners as well. In today's increasingly demanding consumer environment, the union of two companies with a strong tradition of innovation and quality represents a strategic move towards shared growth and greater competitiveness in the mobile accessories sector.
