Standard withdrawal instructions
- pursuant to Art. 49, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 -

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the purchased item(s). Please note that if the sales contract relates to multiple items ordered by you in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which physical possession of the last item is acquired.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform SBS S.p.A., with registered office in Italy, 28010 Miasino (NO), Via Circonvallazione s/n, tel. +39 0322 980909, fax +39 0322 980910, email address info@sbsmobile.it, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The withdrawal notice may be submitted electronically to SBS using the withdrawal function referred to in Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, by using the dedicated button in your private area within the list of orders placed, or by completing the dedicated form on the page https://www.sbsmobile.com/pages/eu-modulo-recesso if the purchase was made as a “guest”.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with SBS S.p.A. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

To return products purchased online on our website, please contact the couriers appointed by SBS S.p.A. All information is provided in the withdrawal form available on the SBS website. The methods and timing for returning the products to SBS S.p.A., Via Circonvallazione s/n, 28010 Miasino (NO), Italy, must be agreed directly with SBS S.p.A.

In any case, you are requested to return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your intention to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please note that if you use a courier appointed by SBS, the transport costs for returning the products will be borne exclusively by us. If you do not use a courier appointed by SBS and remain free to use other couriers, the costs relating to the return of the products will be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
